Birthday or Party Balloons
How about some Birthday or Party balloons for your layout...you can weld them together and make a really cool border, or add them to the corner of your mats...How about cutting them out and then using some liquid glass on them to make them shiney...or embossing them! I just love adding balloons to my kids layout...Enjoy!
