Party Balloons

I love these balloons…I’m thinking of using them with some chipboard, and also cutting some faces out for the center of the balloons, or I may cut it out of glitter paper. I don’t know…many ideas running through my head. Enjoy!

Birthday or Party Balloons

How about some Birthday or Party balloons for your layout...you can weld them together and make a really cool border, or add them to the corner of your mats...How about cutting them out and then using some liquid glass on them to make them shiney...or embossing them! I just love adding balloons to my kids layout...Enjoy!
