So I was playing around and created this 12 inch loop border…well it’s 12 inches if you use your 12 x 24 inch mat and stretch it just a smidgen :) I’m including just the loops in case you want to make it larger or smaller or create a square frame or rectangular frame…I think their is a Martha Stewart punch that may look something like this…not sure…but I think I’ve seen something close to this design.
